The bridge was just going up, and traffic slowing down, as we headed towards Portland this week, so I suggested to Brice we stop and get a treat. We detoured to Starbucks and he was happy to have a pink donut with sprinkles. He gobbled it down and we were on our way, having missed the worst of the traffic…especially since we got on right at the bridge and skipped all the backup!
