“Can you show me how old you are?”

I’ve been asking him for months “Can you show me how old you are going to be?” and teaching him how to show me two fingers on one hand.  I didn’t realize just how hard that is for a toddler to grasp, but he did it!  Sometimes he still has trouble getting those two fingers behind his thumb, but he does well enough.  Now when you ask him how old he is, he will show you two fingers.  Now to just get him to tell people he’s two.  Because sometimes showing me two, looks like 4.  I have photos from the party and will do a post of just those as soon as they are all edited.
