“It’s Cold!”

After the snowfall, I decided to take Brice outside for a little bit to play in it.  Last winter was actually his first snow (and what a snow it was) but this was the first year he was walking and able to play in it.  Because we only had his tennis shoes, we just walked up the road and back. 

I had him reach down and feel the snow and he immediately said “It’s cold!”  Something that he says on a daily basis when we open the doors this time of year.  Then he laughed and thought it was funny that the funny white stuff on the ground was so cold.

He tromped around in the snow having a good time.  He stumbled once and caught himself with his hands in the snow, I thought he might freak out, but he actually thought it was funny.  He was a bit reluctant to come in, but on our walk back to the front door he was telling me that it was cold, so I thought he was probably happy to be heading in doors anyways.
